Chief Executive Officer
A senior executive with extensive experience in venture-backed startups and management consulting, Dayne has led and grown multiple software or SaaS businesses. As CEO, he oversaw the development of several new software products, including the award-winning GTeam (acquired by Trimble) and Elemental Security Compliance System.
Prior to co-founding TalonX, Dayne was the global leader of McKinsey & Company's Cyber Solutions group, which developed software to help clients track and manage cybersecurity risks.
Chief Product Officer
16+ years of experience in cybersecurity and proven leadership at McKinsey & Company and Deloitte with deep expertise in SecOps, cloud security, and automation.
As an early leader in McKinsey & Company's Cyber Solution Group, Derek helped drive business, products and solution development, resulting in unprecedented growth. Prior to joining McKinsey, Derek helped build and grow Deloitte's cybersecurity practice in the US and Europe, helping to lead it to become the largest cybersecurity practice in the world.
Derek started his career as a network engineer working in a Network Operating Center (NOC), evolving to a cybersecurity engineer helping to build Security Operation Centers (SOC).
VP of Engineering
Mike has extensive experience as an software engineering leader at some of the most innovative and influential companies in Silicon Valley, including Airbnb, Square, Wikia, Opsware and Sun Microsystems. He has also led Engineering and Operations at cutting-edge SaaS and software startups known for the quality of their engineering teams.
Mike’s forte is in building high-performance dev teams that create great products in a predictable and high-quality manner. In previous engineering leadership roles Mike led the development of initial releases at Opsware, Elemental Security, Big Tent, and Moka5.
VP, Security Engineering
Adam Tyra is Vice President of Security Engineering for TalonX. With over 14 years of experience in cybersecurity and technology, Adam was previously a leader in the cybersecurity practices of McKinsey & Company and EY. Prior to that, he worked as a software development team lead, architecting and implementing automated cybersecurity tools for the US defense and intelligence communities. Adam also served as a cybersecurity officer in the US Army.

Ram's experience in Business, Product, and Go-To-Market leadership spans nimble start-ups to global corporations. As a General Manager, he accelerated F5's Security business growth, led HP's $900M Applications business and expanded Symantec's Risk and Compliance product line globally.
As a CPO and CMO, Ram drove product leadership for CloudPassage's Workload solutions and led the transformation of venture-backed security startup GuardianEdge into a Gartner Magic Quadrant leader, resulting in their acquisition by Symantec.
Dr. Mike Lloyd has more than 25 years of experience in the modeling and control of fast-moving, complex systems. He has been granted 21 patents on security, network assessment, and dynamic network control. Before joining RedSeal, Mike Lloyd was Chief Technology Officer at RouteScience Technologies (acquired by Avaya), where he pioneered self-optimizing networks.
Mike served as principal architect at Cisco on the technology used to overlay MPLS VPN services across service provider backbones. He joined Cisco through the acquisition of Netsys Technologies, where he was the senior network modeling engineer.
Satish Gannu is currently at ABB as Chief Security Officer and Chief Technology Officer Digital, ABB., responsible for the security of all products, services, and cybersecurity services. Satish is also responsible for ABB Ability™ Architecture and Analytics. Satish brings to this position a background in computer programming and more than 30 years of experience in security and analytics.
Prior to joining ABB, Satish was the Vice President of Technology at Vidder Inc., a security startup that provides unified access control across internal networks, clouds, and external users. Before that, Satish spent 21 years at Cisco, the world’s leader in networking and communications technologies. At Cisco, he led engineering organizations including Orchestration, SDN, NFV, and Cloud Virtualization, as well as Security and Media Experience in emerging technologies and businesses.
In addition, Satish holds three patents in computer networking and has 17 patents filed in the field of text, speech, video analytics.
